Having access to all of your company’s Freshdesk tickets is important. If you have an employee who is leaving, we want to make sure that their tickets don’t leave with them.
If you let us know that someone is leaving your organisation, we can offboard their Freshdesk user. This ensures that your organisation will still have access to the user’s tickets, both past and current.
The tickets that were reported by the outgoing user, or were assigned to them, will be assigned to another Freshdesk user (who you nominate). Once the responsibility for the tickets has been given to someone else, we will delete the original user so they can no longer log in to the Sparks Support Portal.
